What does Travelstride have to offer that other travel sites don’t?
A: Travelstride makes it easy to search and compare different pre-planned travel experiences on one site. You can search by destination, activity type, company, and much more to find the right guided tour, escorted tour, travel package, river cruise, or small-ship cruise for your travel style and budget. Now you can also find Custom / Bespoke tours on Travelstride. Fill out a Custom Trip Request to get started.
-
Who am I booking a trip with? Am I booking with Travelstride or through the travel company offering the trip?
A: You book directly through the tour operator or travel company organizing the trip, never with Travelstride. We will never ask for your credit card information. Travelstride is like a very specialized search engine that helps you find and compare great trips, but we do not actually sell them. We think it's better for you and the travel provider if you buy directly from the operator once you’ve made your choice at Travelstride.
-
How does the Travelstride Member Rebate work?
A: To claim Travelstride Savings, you must first become a Travelstride member (it's free!). Then, search from thousands of Travelstride Select trips and choose one that fits your travel style. Reserve your trip through Travelstride and make sure the tour operator notes in your booking that you found them via Travelstride. Important: if the tour operator does not have a record of Travelstride as the originating source of your booking, we regretfully cannot honor the travel rebate offer. Learn more about the Travelstride Member Program.

What do “Stride Preferred” and “Stride Premier” mean?
A: Stride Preferred and Stride Premier are status categories that Travelstride has created to help users sort quickly through known and reliable travel companies. We are all about saving you time and hassle. Since there are thousands of tour operators around the globe, this lets you quickly see which companies Travelstride has determined meet the highest standards of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and quality.
-
If a company isn’t Travelstride Preferred or Premier, does that mean I should avoid it?
A: No. Just because we haven't fully reviewed a tour operator yet -- allowing us to designate it Travelstride Preferred or Travelstride Premier -- doesn't necessarily mean there's anything to be concerned about. We invite you to read some reviews, check out the company's profile page on Travelstride, and perhaps other sources as well, to determine if they meet your personal standards.
-
I’d like to write a review of my trip on Travelstride. How do I do that?
A: Great! The easiest way is to click on ‘Write a Review’ from the Tour Reviews link on the homepage. Then, select the trip and/or travel company to write your review. If you don’t find the specific trip you went on, you can still write a general review of the travel company. If you don’t see the company or have other questions, let us know and we’ll address it ASAP.
-

-
I don’t see tours from a specific travel company here. Why not?
A: We're working as quickly as we can to list every travel provider around the world that offers expert planned multi day travel packages. Meanwhile, please let us know which companies you’d like us to add and we’ll do our best to make them a priority. You may also want to directly inform the companies that you'd like to see their tours added to Travelstride, which can speed the process along.
