He helped me a lot with accessibility issues - but he seemed to identify and remember everyone's special needs. He arranged a last minute float plane day trip for us to Victoria. He even pointed us to a nonprofit theatre production of "Guys and Dolls" in Vancouver - best production I've ever seen of the show!"
