"Andrew stole our money ($22,000) that we paid for a luxury Ecuador / Peru vacation. He also stole $8,000 from our friend that was meeting us in South America. He first took our calls in 2020-2021, then disconnected all numbers. We went to the credit card company, and were unable to get a refund. He is a scammer. Beware! The trip was in April 2020, but I finished with the credit card company in May 2022."

"I did the Oz intro tour in October 2019 and I have not been able to recommend it enough to everyone I know thinking of travelling since. The intro tour is brilliant for making potentially stressful parts like sorting a bank card/SIM card, stress free with leaders who really know what they are doing. I was lucky to have Tom and Fiona as leaders who were totally professional when it came to the important things but great fun the rest of the time! The trip itself is brilliant for showing the best of what Sydney has to offer with nights out, trip to port Stephens and so many activities. A major positive to the trip is the opportunity to make friends. With travelling solo and never having done that before, I was naturally nervous thinking would I enjoy it on my own. The people I met on this tour I ended up travelling with and living with in Sydney afterwards -they really are friends for life. Finally, the aftercare that the tour provides is excellent. After travelling and deciding I needed to find a job in Sydney, I found myself in the Oz intro office all the time. It was a place I was welcomed to fix up my CV on the computer, use the WiFi, print out bits and pieces, fill up my water bottle and have a chat! It didn’t matter if my original leaders Fiona and Tom weren’t in the office as every leader was so helpful and took the time to get to know you so thanks aswell to Poppy, will, Lucas and Sean! Every leader gave honest opinions on their thoughts on how to get jobs or where to eat or where to head out at night which has been great to have ever since when advice is needed! Thanks oz intro - you started off the best 6 months of my life and continued to be an amazing support throughout my time in Australia."

"This we hoped would be the holiday of a lifetime for myself and my family and we chose Ker & Downey Africa to organize it for us, we were not disappointed. They listened to what we wanted and came up with an itinerary which proved to be perfect, something for everyone young and not so young. Communications were excellent, when a problem arose they dealt with it quickly leaving us very happy with the proposed solution. This was not a budget holiday but we were happy that it was good value for money, we got what we paid for. From the time we landed on African soil we felt that Ker & Downey were looking after us, they were there for us all the way not for one moment did we have to worry, stress free we asked for and that is exactly what we got. "Incredible experience with these guys. Organisation was on point Made for experience divers and divers with low level certs like myself. instructors are offered for each dive if you feel more comfortable doing so. The dive sites are well picked and extremely well explained and briefed by boat manager. The rooms were comfy, the food was excellent and the staff was just awesome. Would recommend to anyone skilled diver or people who want to do their open water or other certs. Great experience"
