"I chose “Best of Italy” because I realized I would visit most of Italy’s major cities on this tour. I had traveled with Trafalgar before and I knew the service from the company would be outstanding and that they would handle almost every little detail. I was traveling solo, but always felt a part of the group. We were always on the move, but I never felt overwhelmed. Our guide, Giuseppe M. always pointed out interesting details and made sure we were taken of. The local guides were wonderful as well. Having had two separate orthopedic surgeries within the previous twelve months, I needed to use a walking stick and had to be cautious in some of the locations, but it was doable. If I could make a suggestion to the company, it would be to spend another day in Rome so the places we visited were not all on the same day."
