The flight takes you over the Himalayas giving you a breathtaking panoramic view of the higher mountains, including the famous Mt. Everest. It stands there with the snow-covered peak in all its glory. On arrival at the airport, the Sherpa crew will unload our trekking equipment.

Then, our guide will brief you about the journey and introduce our porters. Then, we head towards Manjo. We begin our trek by descending towards the Dudh Koshi River and join the main trail to Namche Bazaar. After passing through the small village of Ghat (2,550 m), it is a short walk to Phakding.

The people around the Solukhumbu region conjugate in this area to do business. There are facilities like shops, restaurants, hotels, a bank, and internet services. Namche Bazaar offers an interesting insight into how people survive in this region.
