Enjoy some snorkelling off the beach, or if you're feeling energetic rent a bike and explore the island a little more. Enjoy a day wandering along the beach or listening to the waves from your veranda.

Itinerary: Cook Islands: Rarotonga, Aitutaki & Atiu

Day 1: Rarotonga

Accommodation options: Manuia Beach Boutique Hotel, Little Polynesian, Sunset Resort & Royale Takitumu Villas

On arrival in Rarotonga you will be met by our associates and have a shared transfer to your accommodation where you will stay for three nights.

Day 2: Rarotonga

Accommodation options: Manuia Beach Boutique Hotel, Little Polynesian, Sunset Resort & Royale Takitumu Villas

Familiarise yourself with Rarotonga and its cultural history with a half day guided Island Discovery tour.

Day 3: Rarotonga

Accommodation options: Manuia Beach Boutique Hotel, Little Polynesian, Sunset Resort & Royale Takitumu Villas

Relax today and enjoy some snorkelling off the beach, or if you're feeling energetic rent a bike and explore the island a little more.

Day 4: Aitutaki

Accommodation options: Are Tamanu Beach Village, Etu Moana Boutique Beach Villas, Pacific Resort Aitutaki & Samade on the Beach

Today you have a shared transfer to the airport for your 40 minute flight to Aitutaki. Once there you will be collected and transferred to your accommodation where you will stay for five relaxing nights.

Day 5: Aitutaki

Located on the edge of Aitutaki Lagoon make the most of your surrounds and just enjoy a day wandering along the beach or listening to the waves from your veranda.

Day 6: Aitutaki

Today you spend the day cruising around the turquoise waters of the lagoon and enjoying some snorkelling and a traditional lunch on One Foot Island.

Day 7: Aitutaki

Your last day in this island paradise so why not enjoy a delicious evening meal and cocktail whilst watching a stunning Cook Island sunset.

Day 8: Aitutaki

Accommodation options: Are Tamanu Beach Village, Etu Moana Boutique Beach Villas, Pacific Resort Aitutaki & Samade on the Beach

Today is at leisure to relax or go snorkelling or kayaking.

Day 9: Atiu

Accommodation: Atiu Villas

You will be taken to the airport today for your flight to the tiny island of Atiu. You will stay on Atiu for three nights. Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing.

Day 10: Atiu

Accommodation: Atiu Villas

Enjoy the day exploring some of the untouched sandy beaches which lie between the raised fossilised coral.

Day 11: Atiu

Accommodation: Atiu Villas

Today is at leisure to enjoy Atiu.

Day 12: Rarotonga

Accommodation options: Manuia Beach Boutique Hotel, Little Polynesian, Sunset Resort & Royale Takitumu Villas

You will be taken back to the airport today and fly to Aitutaki. On arrival you will be transferred to your accommodation where you can relax for the rest of the day.

Day 13: Return home

The local market takes place every Saturday morning and it's well worth a visit to find some gifts and souvenirs as well as enjoy some cultural performances. Later on you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
