The Solomon Star is the Solomon Islands newest liveaboard dive boat. Custom built and recently refitted to provide dive and guest facilities, Solomon Star has a steel twin hull design which maximizes stability and passenger comfort in all conditions. This is a special trip catering to wreck and technical divers. You will have a chance to dive some of the best wrecks. Guadalcanal was witness to fierce naval battles during WWII and was a turning point in the Pacific campaign. "Iron Bottom Sound" is host to hundreds of wrecks. Destroyers, minesweeper, troop carriers, transport ships, submarines and planes provide an incredible range of dive sites. |
