This 7-day safari takes you to two of Zambia's safari and tour highlights. You'll begin with a three-night stay in South Luangwa National Park, where you'll be able to enjoy the plethora of wildlife, as well as a famed Night Game drive and the Luangwa Walking Safari. Then, for your final three nights, you'll go to Victoria Falls to explore the falls and take part in some spectacular activities including a helicopter trip and a sunset boat tour on the Zambezi River, among others |
Location: On Rangali and Rangalfinolhu Islands linked by a footbridge, the Conrad Maldives combines natural beauty with professionalism, making a deluxe resort in the South Ari Atoll surrounded by white sands and turquoise waters, about 35minutes by seaplane from Male international. Guests arriving into Male International airport after 1630hrs will require overnight accommodation in Male and will be transferred to the resort the following morning.
Facilities: Guests can enjoy a leisurely swim in the infinity-edged swimming pool, have a game of tennis or go for a workout in the leisure centre before visiting the over water spa with glass floored treatment rooms for that all over body massage. The hotel offers watersports such as windsurfing & sailing, yet guests may struggle to pull themselves away from the underwater world as these islands are surrounded by a wildly exotic reef, making some of the most spectacular snorkelling and diving in the world.
Day 1: Meet & Greet /Flight to Mfuwe
You will fly to Lusaka International Airport in Zambia (LUN). You will be greeted by our representative after your immigration paperwork then you will be assisted with luggage and checked in for your connection local flight to Mfuwe Airport in South Luangwa, which departs around 4.30 pm.
After an hour flight, you will be met by a guide from Mfuwe Lodge at Mfuwe Airport, followed by a 45-minute adventure transfer to the lodge, where you will check-in and rest. Dinner will be served later in the evening, and you are free to stay and go to bed whenever you choose.
Day 2 & 3: Explore South Luangwa National Park
You will get two full days to enjoy game viewing activities in South Luangwa National Park. You will begin your day with a delicious breakfast, followed by a morning game drive or walking safari, and then return to the lodge in time for brunch and free time to relax.
After high tea, depart for your afternoon/evening game drive safari, which begins with an afternoon of game viewing and ends with a night safari focused on exploring for nocturnal species before returning to the lodge.
Freshen up before the three-course dinner is served, followed by bedtime when it is convenient for you.
Day 4: Flight to Livingstone via Lusaka
Morning Breakfast and possibly a morning safari or you will check out depending on your flight and your guide will transfer you to Mfuwe airport for your local flight through Lusaka from Mfuwe to Livingstone.
When you arrive at Livingstone International Airport, our driver will receive you and take you on about a 20-minute road transfer to David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa. After checking in, you will be served lunch and have the remainder of the afternoon to unwind. Dinner will be provided later in the evening, followed by bedtime.
Day 5: Guided Victoria Falls Tour & Zambezi Sunset
After breakfast, you will be picked up for a 1.5–2 hour guided tour of the falls, where you will learn about this beautiful natural wonder of the world before returning to the lodge for lunch and relaxation time.
You will be picked up in the afternoon for a Sunset Boat Cruise, where you will have complimentary sundowner drinks and snacks while viewing wonderful wildlife such as elephants, crocodiles, hippos, and a variety of birds, not to mention the African sun kissing the river. After that, you'll be dropped off at the lodge, where dinner will be served before bedtime.
Day 6: Helicopter flight & Mukuni Village Tour
Today you will have a morning breakfast before being picked up for a 15-minute helicopter flight over Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River. This is an excellent opportunity to see and experience the majestic Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River from above. Then you'll be taken on a Mukuni Village tour to learn about the culture and traditions.

Day 7: Departure
Today is your final day in Livingstone, Zambia, and depending on your flight schedule, you will have breakfast first, then check out, and your driver will take you to Livingstone International Airport in time for your flight.
