Day 1: Bangkok Arrival

Welcome to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. You will be met at Bangkok International airport by our tour guide and taken to the hotel for a two-night stay. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon and take the opportunity to visit Chatuchak market — one of the largest in Thailand.

Day 2: Bangkok Discovery and Canal Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. The tour of Bangkok begins with a visit to the Royal Grand Palace — one of the most beautiful examples of an ancient Siamese court, and the residence of previous Kings of Thailand. Experience the Funeral Palace, Reception Palace, Throne Hall, Coronation Hall, Royal Guest House, and beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple. Lunch is served in one of Bangkok’s delightful riverside restaurants. After lunch, sail through the canals of Thonburi on a long-tailed boat as it passes by the imposing temples, wooden houses built on stilts, coconut groves, decorated shrines, spirit houses, and canal vendors. Bangkok is known as the “Venice of the East”. Life along the river has become an integral part of the Thai lifestyle, and a boat cruise allows visitors to see the traditional Thai way of life along the riverbank — despite the passing years, it remains much the same. • Step off the boat and visit Wat Pho — the temple of the reclining Buddha — top of a list of six first-class royal temples in Thailand and recognized by UNESCO in its Memory of the World Programme. The afternoon ends with a visit to Wat Traimit — Bangkok's most famous temple with the Golden Buddha made with 5.5 tons of solid gold. Return to the hotel for a second night in Bangkok.

Day 3: Floating Market — Kanchanaburi

Have a nice breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up to Ratchaburi Province. At the pier, absorb the scenery of rural life with a long-tail speedboat ride to the floating market. Damnoen Saduak Floating Market seems barely touched by modern life. Take the opportunity to buy food, fruits, flowers, and other local products from the boat vendors. Experience the Thai lifestyle of ancient times, still widely practiced in this area as the boat sails into the side market, offering various kinds of exotic Thai fruits and handicrafts. Continue on the long-tail boat to Kanchanaburi and the famous Bridge over the River Kwai — now a memorial to World War II. After that, we will visit the nearby war cemetery. Day 4: Kanchanaburi — Erawan Waterfall — Ayutthaya

Have a breakfast at the hotel. We will check out and take the one-hour drive to the Erawan National Park. you will experience the spectacular Erawan Waterfalls, and spend about three hours walking around the park and swim in the seven layers of falls. Lunch at a local restaurant (not included in the price), and we continue on to Ayutthaya, and check in at the hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. Overnight Stay in Ayutthaya

Day 5: Ayutthaya City Discovery — Chiang Mai by Train

Breakfast at the hotel. We will visit the fascinating city of Ayuthaya, along the Chao Phraya River. You will experience the past glory of the Ayutthaya Empire (1350–1767A.D.) and explore the remains of temples such as Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, Wat Chai Wattanaram, and Wat Yai Chai Mongkol. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Bang Pa-In Royal Summer Palace. Return to the hotel in Ayutthaya and spend some free time relaxing until your ride to Ayutthaya Train Station. Overnight Train to Chiang Mai

Day 6: Chiang Mai Tour

Arrive in Chiang Mai. Have road trip to the famous Doi Suthep Mountain and follow the path to the Wat Prathat Temple near the summit (1,000 meters high), and savor the amazing panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. We will visit the contrasting old and new parts of the town. As Thailand’s “Rose of the North”, Chiang Mai is noted for its exquisite handicrafts, and with a range of traditional offerings from the hill tribe people, it present a fantastic shopping opportunity. In the afternoon, you will be driven to the neighboring villages of San Kampaeng and Borsang to take in the various cottage industries — silk weaving, wood carving, silverware, and umbrella-making. Day 7: Trekking in the Samoeng Area

Breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up at the hotel to the Samoeng area. We will stop on the way to visit a local market and to pick up supplies for the trip into the hills. Lunch will be in the hill tribe village with the Shan people to get ready for the trek. We will be trekking through the jungle and visit a Hmong hill tribe village. You will explore the village and learn about the local lifestyle, and we will trek deeper into the jungle to a village of Karen people, where your accommodation is a local homestay. We will take a stroll around the village for a spot of sightseeing and social interaction with the locals before dinner. Overnight — enjoy the cozy local atmosphere of the homestay.

Day 8: Trekking — Elephant Ride — Rafting

Breakfast in the fresh morning air, before saying goodbye to your hosts. We will set off for a short trek to the meeting point and experience a one-hour elephant ride through the jungle, and will trek to a waterfall and swim in the wonderful natural environment. You can enjoy a picnic lunch at the waterfall. Afterward, we will trek out of the jungle towards the riverbank where a bamboo raft will take you down the river. You can relax and savor the beautiful scenery or test your rafting skills. We will have road trip back to Chiang Mai. You can pend the evening roaming around the lovely city at your leisure or simply just relax. Overnight Stay at the Hotel in Chiang Mai

Day 9: Thai Cooking Class

Breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up for the half-day cooking class. We will visit an organic farm and then off to the market to learn about Thai cooking ingredients. Arrive at the class and immerse yourself in the cooking course guided by a professional chef. Relish the lunch you have prepared and receive a cookbook and souvenir of your cooking experience. At the end of the course, you will be returned to the hotel. The afternoon is free for exploring the town or enjoying an optional Thai massage and spa (on our recommendation). Day 10: Chiang Mai — Chiang Rai — Golden Triangle — Chiang Mai

Have an early breakfast at the hotel. We will depart Chiang Mai for a day-long tour to the Golden Triangle border areas. Our first stop is at Mae Kachan Natural Hot Springs in the Wieng Pa Pao District to visit the springs and wander around the local market. Afterward, we will visit to the Wat Rong Khun (WhiteTemple) at Chiang Rai — a unique Hindu and Buddhist temple with amazing white architecture. Arrive at around noon in Chiang Saen — formerly Wiang Hiran Nakhon Ngoen Yang, and the capital until 1262. We will have lunch, and a brief stop at the ancient Wat Chedi Luang. We will head toward the famous Golden Triangle where the countries of Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand meet. All three countries can be seen here. Next, we will visit the Opium Museum and learn more about the name “Golden Triangle”, and have another stop at Mae Sai, the northernmost Thai town on the Myanmar border. You will be delighted in the local market and interact with the locals. After enjoying the market, we will continue to Chiang Mai. You will have free time to rest in the evening.

Day 11: Chiang Mai — Krabi — Railay Beach

Have a breakfast at the hotel. You will have free time in the morning. Our guide will pick you up to the airport for the flight to Phuket. Upon arrival at Krabi airport, you will be taken to Phuket Pier to take ferry to Railay beach. You will have fun and relax time at Railay beach. Overnight Stay on Railay Beach(Four stars resort).

*Please kindly prepare separated small luggages, or backpack bag for your stay in Railay Beach, Phi Phi Island since we need to commute to the hotel by a long tail boat. Your big luggage will be transferred from Krabi International Airport to the hotel in Phuket.

Day 12: Railay Beach — PhiPhi Island — Free Day for Activities of Your Choice

Have breakfast at the hotel. We will take a ferry ride from Krabi to Koh Phi Phi Islands. After arriving the island, we will check in at the hotel, and you can have your free day to spend on activities of your choice. Please note: lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Overnight Stay on Phi Phi IslandOur first stop is the Viking Cave to see the ancient wall art and watch the thousands of swallows on the high ridges. You can swim and snorkel among the colorful fish and coral at Lohsamah Bay. Our next stop is Maya Bay to see the stunning location of the Hollywood movie “The Beach”. You can feed wild monkeys in the hidden cove of Ao Ling or Monkey Bay. After that, we will have lunch on Phi Phi Don Island. We will sail across to Hin Klang for an open-sea snorkeling experience. You can swim off the spectacular beaches of Bamboo Island. We will return to the hotel to check in and enjoy some relaxation. Overnight Stay on Phi Phi Island.

Day 13: Phi Phi — Phi Phi Island Tour by Boat

Have breakfast at the hotel. We will have an island tour(including snorkeling) so that you can see see the beautiful scenery of Andaman sea. The itineraries are below: Due to recent National Park regulations, MAYA BEACH is closed INDEFINITELY for preservation but MAYA BAY is open : All boats will be able to stop at the entrance of the bay to watch an unspoiled, empty and beautiful Maya Bay, to take a picture or swim and snorkel but nobody will be allowed to go on the beach - All tours are still running. Please find detailed itinerary below for both options

Day 15: Phuket — Bangkok — Departure

Have breakfast at the hotel. You can relax until check out time. Hotel pick up for your flight to Bangkok and your onward flight home. Have a safe journey — we hope to see you again!

Itinerary: Thailand in Styles in 13 Days

DAY 1 Arrive Chiang Mai By Flight

Your Thailand adventure begins with your arrival in Chiang Mai. Your private driver will meet you at the airport, holding a signboard with your name. He will escort you to your accommodation right in the heart of the city. You can easily explore the neighborhood at your own pace or relax at the hotel after the flight.

In the afternoon visit Doi Suthep temples, the most sacred temple upon the hill with its enormous mythological Nagas staircase of 306 steps and inside the cloister is an intriguing copper-placed chedi topped by a five-tier gold parasol, which contains relics of Lord Buddha. On a clear day, there are incomparable views over the city of Chiang Mai from the temple grounds. Return to hotel and free at leisure.

DAY 2 Half day Elephant Jungle Sanctuary - Cooking Lesson at Asia Scenic Cooking School (B/L/D)

Get up early in the morning and leave the hotel around 6:30-7:00 am. Take a drive approximately 1.5 hours South of Chiang Mai through rolling hills, forest, and local farming areas. Upon arrival at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, you will change into Karen traditional clothing and learn about the elephants and how to make medicine for them. Then you will meet the elephants and have the opportunity to feed them and interact with them. Don't forget to take amazing pictures! You will also learn about elephants' behavior and history. Later change into your swimming clothes and walk down to the river to join the mud spa with elephants. Wrap up your day with a traditional Thai lunch before saying goodbye to elephants.

Have a relaxing time at the hotel until 15:30 when you will be transferred to Asia Scenic Thai Cooking School. Get to a local fresh market and learn how to select raw materials and seasonings then attend a cooking workshop to learn about the menu. The menu ranges from appetizers, curry, stir-fried dishes, soup, and salad, to dessert. Then get up close to the chef, who will share with you the special techniques to make authentic Thai dishes. Then enjoy what you cooked for dinner.

DAY 3 Visit Doi Inthanon National Park, Driving Through The Beautiful Scenery and Paddy Fields (B)

After breakfast, we will head to Doi Inthanon National park. Take a scenic drive through the beautiful scenery of paddy rice fields. Visit pagodas of the King and the Queen built by the Royal Thai air force to commemorate their 60th birthdays. At the pagodas, you will admire the beautiful scenery of the mountains in the park from the viewpoint. Then head to Karen hill tribe village to see the local daily life and have a stop at the colorful Hill tribe market. On the return trip have a stop at Wachiratharn waterfall.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Mae Klang Luang Nature trail. This trail will get you far away from the main tourist route and allow you to see a very interesting cross-section of this stunning national park. The trail will first follow a forested route downhill before it meets the river. You will spend some time following the river and pass Pa Dok Siew Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim. The trail will eventually open out into agricultural land which surrounds Mae Klang Luang Karen village. you will see coffee bushes and rice paddies. We will make a stop at a local coffee house where they roast, hand grind, and prepare freshly brewed coffee from the hills surrounding the village before heading back to the hotel.

DAY 4 Morning Drive Through Scenery From Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai (B)

In the morning, drive through scenery from Chiangmai to Chiangrai (200 Km. away) by the road along picturesque scenic routes past several beautiful northern mountains and valleys, and a short stop at Maekachan hot spring. Visit Wat Rong Khun, the unique northern Art temple. Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple) This is also an important religious place in the province. The whole area is quite colorful, which attracts many tourists. All architecture is decorated in many tones of colours, for example, blue, golden, orange, green etc. Visit Long-Neck hill tribe village.

DAY 5 Chiang Rai - Flight to Bangkok (B)

Relish the remaining moment in Chiang Rai before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take the flight to Bangkok. When you arrive at Bangkok airport you will be transferred to your hotel to have some rest after the flight.

DAY 6 Combined city, Grand Palace and Klong Tour (B/L)

Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for exploring the most remarkable sites of Bangkok. Start your exploration with the Wart Traimit to see one of the precious treasures of Thailand - the Golden Buddha statue. Then head to Wat Pho to admire the beauty of its architecture and see a giant Reclining Buddha. Then, spend time visiting the Grand Palace, Coronation Hall, Funeral Hall and famous Emerald Buddha. This is the most famous landmark of Bangkok which cannot be missed, it used to be the residence of the Royal family since 1782, and still is used for official ceremonies. Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon board the long-tail boat and cruise along the canal to see Thai houses and typical rural life. rap up your sightseeing with the visit to the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun), which is one of the most beautiful temples in the city.

DAY 7 Full Day Ayutthaya and Bang Pa-In Tour With a Tuk Tuk Ride (B)

Depart from Bangkok in the early morning to visit the Summer Palace at Bang Pa-In, built by King Rama IV at a time of growing European architecture influence in Thailand. Then board a long-tail boat and get to Ayutthaya. On the way admire the beautiful sceneries and the local life along the river. Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon continue your exploration with a visit to various temples in Ayuthaya which once was Thailand s ancient capital of Thailand from 1350 to 1767 before the invasion of the Burmese army. Explore these ruined temples in Ayutthaya Historical Park using the local transport tuk-tuk. Start your exploration by seeing Wat Phanan Cheong, which had one of the most beautiful 19-m tall Buddha statues. Then continue to one of the oldest temples in this area Wat Mahathat followed by Wat Phra Sri Sanphet temple. Then visit the Elephant camp, which is the elephants' place for rest, you will enjoy seeing these beautiful animals. Then visit Wat Lokkaya (Wat Pranon) with the big Reclining Buddha, and Wat Chai Wattanaram, which once served as a Royal temple. Return to Bangkok by car.

DAY 8 Free Day in Bangkok (B)

Free at your leisure to discover Bangkok, the city which combines old and new and where everyone could find something interesting. You could visit China Town and try the delicious street food there. The shopping lovers could spend the entire day at Siam Paragon. If you are visiting Bangkok during the weekend, don't miss don't of the largest outdoor market in the world Chatuchak. For sports lovers, we advise seeing the kickboxing fights, which is the signature sport for this country. For cultural immersion, you could see the puppet show or visit Warehouse 30 for modern art exhibitions. And of course, wrap up your day with a traditional Thai massage.

DAY 9 Flight From Bangkok to Phuket (B)

Relish the remaining moment in Bangkok before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take the flight to Phuket. Upon arrival at Phuket airport, you will be transferred to your hotel for some rest after the flight and get ready for exploring Phuket's beautiful beaches.

DAY 10 Phuket City Tour (B)

Phuket is not only about beaches, but you also can find many interesting things to see in a town as well, and today your guide will show you all the gems of this cosy town. Start your tour with a scenic drive along the bays with the golden sand and turquoise sea. Stop at a viewpoint overlooking this magnificent panorama. The beautiful peninsular adjacent to the famous Promthep Cape which is the perfect place to view a spectacular sunset. A highlight of your day will be your visit to Chalong Temple, the largest temple on the island decorated with beautiful ornaments. You will also see the cast statue of Luang Por Cham, who assisted Phuket’s inhabitants in quelling the Angyee Chinese riots in 1879 during the reign of King Rama V. Wrap up your sightseeing with a visit to a Cashew Nut Factory, where you will be able to sample no fewer than ten flavours of cashew nuts. Then return to the hotel, the rest of the day is at your leisure.

DAY 11 Swimming And Snorkeling On Phi Phi Islands - Join Speed Boat (B/L)

Get up early in the morning and get picked up and transferred to the pier around 07.30 am. Then take a speed boat to Phi Phi Ley (Maya Beach), then enjoy swimming and taking beautiful pictures at Pileh Lagoon and Viking Cave. You will be amazed by this hidden place surrounded by cliff formations on 3 sides. Then head to Phi Phi Don passing the beautiful Monkey Beach. Upon arrival at Phi Phi Don, you will enjoy snorkeling followed by delicious lunch. In the afternoon, visit Bamboo Island for more swimming or just relaxing at the beach. From here you will depart back to Phuket and get transferred to your hotel. Please note: travelers are not allowed to get on the sand of Maya Beach, you will see it from the boat.

DAY 12 Free Time At Leisure

Free at your leisure to discover Phuket by yourself. The largest island in Thailand, Phuket is a beautiful destination for sightseeing and adventures. The island itself is rife with diverse landscapes, from its famous sandy beaches to forested hills, mountains, limestone cliffs, low plains, lagoons, and lush tropical forests. Today you can just have a relaxing time at the beach, go swimming or snorkeling. You also could visit the Aquarium in Cape Panwa to see the diversity of the sea life on this island. If you are into adventures, challenge yourself with the zipline at Flying Hanuman. In the evening don't miss the night markets and visit the busy Bangla Road for a drink.
