By purchasing a FlexiPass you agree to Travelstride’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

FlexiPass can only be redeemed when used with participating travel companies.

The FlexiPass 21/22 must be redeemed by January 1st, 2023, after which time they will expire. Note that the actual date of travel may start through December 31st, 2023.

Each person or entity may only purchase a maximum of 10 FlexiPasses per calendar year.

Only one FlexiPass can be applied per trip per person.

Cannot be combined with Travelstride general Member Savings benefits, Stride Select, or other rebates unless a specific offer explicitly mentions they can be combined.

After redemption of a FlexiPass with a selected FlexiPass partner company, the responsibility for arranging and executing the trip lies directly with the tour operator or travel company. This includes any rescheduling or itinerary changes.

Once you choose to redeem a FlexiPass with a partner travel company, it cannot be transferred back to Travelstride. The operator may allow you to change trip itineraries or dates once you have selected them, but it is at their discretion.

Once you transfer credits to a partner travel company, cash refund eligibility is at the discretion of the partner travel company and is subject to the individual company’s policy for refunds.

FlexiPass vouchers must be redeemed for their entire amount for one specific trip. They may not be divided or given partial value for different trips or issued partial refunds.

Purchasers may request a refund of their FlexiPass purchase at any time before they redeem the pass with a selected travel company partner. If a purchaser requests a refund within the first year of purchase they will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing fees. If the purchaser requests a refund 366 days or later after the purchase, they will receive a refund less a 19% cancellation fee.

Travelstride has partnered with some of the best tour operators who are excited to be participating in this program. However, all tour operators are separate entities and travel carries inherent risks. Travelstride is not responsible for trip quality, accidents, or operator solvency once the consumer redeems the voucher.

By purchasing a FlexiPass and providing your email address you agree to receive marketing emails from Travelstride regarding FlexiPass and other travel-related offers. You may opt-out of general marketing communications at any time but you will still receive emails regarding FlexiPass specifically until you redeem your pass with a partner company.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice though in general Travelstride will aim to notify all FlexiPass holders in advance of material changes to these terms.
