First trip to Europe an excellent experience
The trip was well laid out. Tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint is some of our travel documents that were sent out were not in English. If your sending documents out correspondence should be in both the native language and the language of the people the correspondence to.
Other than that a great first time experience.

Everything was seamless
Everything was seamless. The tour guide was outstanding, sharing way more information than guides usually do. The driver was amazing, navigating the coach over narrow roads. The sights were unforgettable - glaciers, waterfalls, geysers, hot springs. Hotels were clean and welcoming. Our fellow tour folk were a delightful mix from the UK, Canada and the US. We've toured with Exoticca twice before. Each tour was great, but this tour to Iceland topped them all.

Overall it was an excellent experience
Overall it was an excellent experience. Our guide Tiago Carmelo was very knowledgeable and shared so much information with us not only about the places we were visiting but also recommended us restaurants and things to do in our free time. The last 4 days, our driver, Mr Carlos was so very skilled and we were amazed on how he could navigate those narrow streets. It made us feel very safe. If anything I would like to have more time in cities like Porto and Fatima, perhaps Lisbon too.
