"On our trip to Amalfi coast, the bus was parked in a field for two days. The next day, we had an 8 hour bus trip to Sicily. The bus was not properly cleaned before and after it had been parked in the field. On the 8 hour trip to Sicily, there was an infestation of ants. We had tons of ants crawling on the seats, windows, and floor. My husband killed 10 ants on his body. I received bits on my ankles and wrists. The tour guide never said anything to any of the guests. When we confronted him, all he said was that he would have the bus cleaned the next day. These was horrible conditions to travel for 8 hours. I have written to Perillo seeking a refund for that day's service. Time will tell if Perillo will actually answer my evaluation. This situation rises to the occasion where customer service was extremely poor an unhealthy, and a partial refund should be granted. If Perillo stands behind customer service as its motto, then they should provide partial refunds for this day. If not, then this leads me to assume that Perillo is more concerned about overall profits than good customer service. Time will tell!"

"This was the ultimate vacation. I cant wait for the opportunity to go back again. Great accommodations and fantastic food. Above all else, the service you receive from each and every employee is first class. Horseback riding is definitely a must. Rides are based on experience level so whether your a newbie or experienced rider, you will enjoy yourself. They pair you up with a horse that you will ride for the duration of your stay. After a day of riding you can go relax your aching muscles at the spa, which is made up of tents situated by the river. My first thought when I saw them was that it was going to be rugged. Boy was I wrong! The ultimate in pampering and luxury all in a rustic setting. Dont forget to book yourself a soak in the copper tub after you enjoy a facial, scrub or massage. This is a place my husband and I cant wait to go back to."

"Geoff helped my wife and I to put together an itinerary that customized to our particular interests and preferences. At the outset he asked us where we'd like to go and, after a small number of iterations, together we were able able to craft an itinerary that met our budget, touched on much of the places we wanted, and did not have us staying at a different resort each night. Iman, our exceptional Egyptologist and Tour Leader, captivated us with her deep knowledge and passion for Egyptian history. Her insightful explanations at the Giza Pyramids area provided us with a profound understanding of the ancient wonders we were about to explore. Throughout the day, she ensured that each stop on our itinerary, from the Great Pyramid burial chamber to the Sphinx Area, was not just a visit, but an enriching experience filled with historical context and cultural significance.
