- Insurance (Say Hueque offers Travel insurance with special rates for this trip. Please just let us know if you are interested)
- Say Hueque is no way affiliated or associated with the IOC, the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games, Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Jet Set Sports or CoSport. The Rio 2016 Olympic Games official site is www.rio2016.com
- In Canada and the USA the official ticket provider is Jet Set Sports. When available, tickets can be ordered separately, direct from the Rio 2016 website. Say Hueque base packages do not include tickets.
Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by the person signing the booking form. Any costs or charges, which we incur or which are incurred or levied by our suppliers as a result of the amendment, will be charged to the Client. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, their availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Say Hueque in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day written notification is received by Say Hueque. In addition to the charges shown below airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges.
- If Period before departure written Notification is received 30 days or more, then the Cancellation fee is a 30 percentage of the holiday price.
- If Period before departure written Notification is received 29 – 21 days, then the Cancellation fee is 40 percentage of the holiday price.
- If Period before departure written Notification is received 20 – 15 days, then the Cancellation fee is 60 percentage of the holiday price.
- If Period before departure written Notification is received 14 – 9 days, then then Cancellation fee is 75 percentage of the holiday price.
- If Period before departure written Notification is received 8 days or less, then the Cancellation fee is 100 percentage of the holiday price.
In case part of a booking is cancelled, the remaining party may have to pay additional charges (e.g. under-occupancy, or single room supplements).
