The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Terms and Conditions for this itinerary
1. Prices are per person, twin/double share in USD.
2. This pre-curated itinerary includes all New Zealand Government Taxes.
3. The price includes all items listed under inclusions for this itinerary.
4. To confirm a booking, 20% non-refundable deposit of the tour cost must be paid, excepting as per point 7 listed below.
5. STAYs (Accommodation), experiences/activities and rental vehicle remain subject to availability until booking is confirmed by us in writing.
6. Prices are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed by us in writing.
7. In the event, after paying the booking deposit, should the STAYs (Accommodation) or their alternates thereof or any other component of the vacation package not be available for the requested travel dates, we will:
- a. Inform you within 5 business days of the non-availability in writing.
- b. We will provide alternate dates with availability as close to your original requested dates of travel.
- c. Should the alternate dates be not suitable for your travel, you must let us know within 5 business days either another alternate date of travel that you would like OR you can request the booking deposit to be refunded.
8. Travel may be limited to certain days of the week.
9. Once booking has been confirmed by us, cancellation penalties apply as follows
- a. More than 60 days prior to start date: Loss of non-refundable deposit.
- b. 59 to 45 days prior to tour start: 50% of tour cost.
- c. 44 to 30 days prior to tour start: 75% of tour cost.
- d. 29 days or less prior to tour start: 100% of tour cost.
10. Please note blackout dates apply to Christmas, New Year and local special event periods.
11. Pricing may increase over Holiday and special event periods and are available on asking.
12. Prices indicated remain subject to change without notice.
