We just returned from a wonderful trip to Patagonia and Iguazu Falls. We worked with Qwerty to plan an amazing trip to Patagonia. Constance Abad was very helpful and patient with us promptly answering our many questions. We researched where we wanted to go then discussed it with her over a phone call and multiple emails/messages. She inquired about what we look for in our travels and offered great suggestions based on our interests and her extensive knowledge of the area. She then booked all our domestic flights, hotels, transfers, excursions so we did not have to worry about any logistics. We spent a total of 23 days in the following cities: Buenos Aires (Argentina), Colonia(Uruguay), Iguazu (Brazil), Iguazu(AR), Ushuia(AR), El Calafate(AR), El Chalten(AR), Puerto Natales(Chile), Punta Arena(Chile), Santigao (Chile). Her planning was impeccable.  All drivers showed up promptly on time or alerted us ahead of time of any potential delays (a rare occurence). They all spoke english or had a guide who did. Loved all the planned excursions (bilingual) . All went according to plan except for weather. Visibility was low in a couple of picturesque places unfortunately, but weather in Patagonia is unpredictable at best. We did luck out with nice weather for most of the trip. I highly recommend Qwerty and independent travel. I think it is much better than traveling with the same group on a long trip as (1) you get to customize the trip into exactly what you want to see, (2) you meet a lot of interesting people as you join a different group on every new excursions. I suggest building in a free day or two in each city to visit last minute places/restaurants others might recommend to you that were not on your list. We enjoyed our free time hiking or visiting places we found last minutes or taking an optional excursion we booked on our own or asked Qwerty to book for us last minute. Constance has a wide network of partners all over South America and can make things happen quickly. She was truly wonderful. It was a great feeling to know that we have someone we could contact any time for questions or help during our trip. I feel this is very important when visiting a foreign country especially when you don't speak the language. All in all: amazing trip, amazing planning, amazing memories...

Exploring Argentine & Chilean Patagonia in 15 days

We worked with Qwerty travel to use the 15 day Patagonia tour but customize it.   Constance, our agent, was great at listening to what we wanted and modifying the trip.   We did not travel in a group but met many people doing the various tours along the way.   This gave us greater freedom to explore on our own.   The organization was good - at every airport, bus terminal, hotel there was someone to meet us and guide us to the next destination.   It was a treat to be treated like VIP.   We chose the top level of hotels and all but one of the 5 hotels had a spa and workout room.   Breakfast was always included and always good.   If you want the flexibility of helping design your trip I would strongly recommend you use Qwerty Argentina.   If you find one of their tours perfect as described even better.   In either case I don’t believe you will be traveling with a group.

This was without a doubt one of the nicest excursions I've ever taken. A buddy and I were first drawn to this trip because we wanted to visit Fitz Roy, but it turned out to be so much more. We were assigned a seasoned guide (Louis: I definitely suggest choosing him) who was an expert on the flora, animals, and overall terrain. Our entire vacation included sleeping accommodations as well as cooked meals for dinner on nights when we tented.
Overall, it was well accomplished, and I would suggest it to anybody and everyone.

El Calafate to El Chalten Hikes

We found Say Hueque on the internet. Say Hueque had excellent reviews on various websites and was mentioned in Frommer's and Lonely Planet travel websites. I will be posting a review!!
A favourite hotel? LOL!! Estancia Cristina!!! Really, really nice hotel!!! We would have loved to have stayed here a little longer!!! All the hotels arranged for us were great!! Service, cleanliness, etc.....everything was really wonderful!!! One item that really impressed us about ALL the hotels we stayed in.....once we checked in, the people that worked at each hotel remembered our names!!! Very nice to experience that!!

I did some research online and came across your website.
I chose Say Hueque because of the flexibility with picking our own itinerary (although we went with your trip) and the fact that we traveled independently and not in a group, also fast and to the point reply from to our questions and concerns.
Our favourite excursion was Perito Moreno. Great tour guide. We really loved the tour guide in Perito Moreno.
Regarding the hotels, we liked, almost equally, Ombú de Areco, Nibepo Aike and Hostería Helsingfors.
