This was the trip of a lifetime
was taken care of. This was the trip of a lifetime and can't say enough about how wonderful this trip was. Tour directors, Jodie, Ryane and trainees Ann & Lisa were great. Story is fortunate to have such knowledgeable, professional and caring tour directors. Anyone looking for a small group tour I highly recommend Story.
With itinerary to staff, you won't be disappointed!
Unscrupulous
This company went bankrupt and we lost $20,000 we didn’t get one penny back. They didn’t even have the decency to contact you by phone. They just sent out an email. They wiped out their website, Twitter account and their Facebook page. Unbelievable! I would never ever recommend them. If they get up back up and running in sure it would probably be under another name. Many many people have lost their money I’ve been contacted by many other customers or trying to file a class action suit. They’ve been reported to the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general and anywhere I can possibly write a review about them.
