I was the last foreigner this agency received as they closed borders in India!... the truth is that super well everything, helped me a lot and solved problems that were coming out during the journey like closing points of interest, museums, restaurants, Etc! "My friend and I booked a 12-day/11-night trip to Cairo through Kemet vacations our representative Samy met us at the airport and guided us through customs and took us to our hotel in Cairo, Steigenberger, as was a very good Hotel for accommodation it was looking over the Egyptian museum, and every night we were walking around downtown for dinner and chill out m Samy usually was check with us about anything we need and check tour program day by day to give usually information do we shall need, it was a very good guy, thanks Samy Our guide Raouf was wonderful as I wrote an excellent review of him he was so nice gentleman was a most beautiful way of explaining the sights and the History, indeed he knows about his Country very well. Our cruise north on the Nile River on the Ms. Blue shadow was beautiful. It was a perfect cruise ship with a very friendly staff. In Aswan where we started our cruise, our guide engy met us at the airport and accompanied us up the Nile to Aswan. As an egyptologist and archeologist, she was a store of information. I know we could not see everything, but what we did see was awesome. Specially Abu Simple temple and the place at the end of Nasser Lake and the Nile it was so excellent experience and a totally great trip!!!!! Egypt is a must-do vacation."

"I helped my son book an all inclusive vacation to Cancun and when he got there they had NO record for his reservation so he had NO room. Luckily we had a couch in our room so he ended up stay in our room. As soon as we got back we called and emailed them and all they are offering him is a credit for half the cost with Apple. WHY WOULD WE EVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN? THIS CREDIT WILL NEVER GET USED CAUSE I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM. SO DISSATIFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. So glad I was there with my son and he wasn't by himself in another country with no hotel reservations. Suck bullshit!"
