Welcome to Botswana! From Maun you will board your flight into the central Kalahari Desert. The Kalahari Desert is actually a semi-desert supporting many species of wildlife and migratory birds. Enjoy a traditional mokoro canoe excursion along the channels of the delta this morning. With no engine there’s no noise to scare away the wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast and some time at leisure before an afternoon game drive. Keep an eye out for giraffe, lion, cheetah and impala.

Spend the day discovering more of the magnificent delta on early-morning and afternoon game drives, with time to relax and enjoy the luxury campsite in-between.

Enjoy breakfast at the campsite after an early-morning game drive. You will then be transferred to the airstrip for your light aircraft flight to Kasane and your onward journey.
