Discover Northern Spain As The Locals Live It
Eat Northern Spain wants to take you on a delicious journey of discovery
Creating intimate, tailor-made tours, I’ll escort you on an adventure that unearths the best authentic experiences Northern Spain has to offer
No two people are the same, each is unique. So I understand that no two holidays should be alike either.
I listen to what you want and create a personalised itinerary tailored around you, finessing every detail before, during and after your holiday.
Your holiday. Your experience. Your way.
My love for authentic food has led me to travel to Europe, America, Asia and Africa in search of gastronomic experiences ranging from Michelin starred restaurants to vibrant local markets.
But there was a problem. Because I didn't speak the language well, I was afraid of going in to local restaurants and bars because I was unsure of what to order and I didn't want to be taken advantage of.
I found myself having to find local guides to help me discover what I was looking for, and that's what sparked the idea behind Eat Northern Spain.
Northern Spain, in particular the areas of Cantabria, Asturias, Galicia and Castilla y León, have so much to offer, I want to share them with you. As a native of the area, it has been my home for almost 40 years, so who better to show you around?
I want to help you discover the real country as the locals live it.
Tailored to your interest, I will take you on a private tour. Providing a full concierge service, I will pick you up from the airport, arrange your itinerary, and provide all transport and accommodation.
I shall be your guide, your interpreter, your friend.
Why Eat Northern Spain
Have you ever been on holiday and felt you didn't get to experience the real essence of the country?
You spent so much time on organised trips to the main tourist hotspots that the authentic culture passed you by?
It's true that travelling opens the mind and broadens your horizons, but today's package tours only scrape the surface of what your destination has to offer.
Eat Northern Spain changes that.
Your personal guide
One of the attractions of Northern Spain is its rural nature, but this can also make it difficult to get around.
However, I will be with you throughout your trip to drive you to the best attractions, restaurants, nightlife, hotels and cultural hotspots, acting as your guide an translator.
When travelling with Eat Northern Spain you will discover the real flavours and colours of this vibrant country that usually only the locals get to enjoy.
