The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Cancellation notifications must be send to your travel agent or info@hotspots2c.co.za. Cancellations or date-changes can not be accepted by text message or phone conversations.
All changes or cancellation requests must be sent to info@hotspots2c.co.za. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure Hotspots2c are aware of the change- or cancellation request.
Upon cancellation you will be liable to pay a fee to cover the estimate of costs and expenses incurred by us. This is expressed as a percentage of the package as set out in the final tour fare/ booking price paid and is calculated as follows:
Your deposit is forfeited and non-refundable upon cancellation.
20% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation notice received more than 1 month (30 days) before the departure date;
50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation notice received between 1 month and 1 week (29 to 7days) before the departure date;
100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation notice received less than 1 week (less than 7days) before the tour departure date or travel arrangement booking date.

You can decide if you want to do these and book & pay for it on tour. Some optionals are seasonal or subject to weather conditions.
