What's this trip about?

Deep eye-catching lush green valleys, towering mountains as high as the heavens & glistening silver grey peaks are all in abundance when you do the Cho-La Pass Trek with EBC. The Cho la pass Trek is rich landscape that can only be called an ‘adventure paradise’. Explore the cultural & natural surroundings of the amazing Cho-La pass, the most beautiful parts of the ‘Khumbu’ Region which are Gokyo Lake, Everest Base Camp, & Kalapatthar; mountain hikes & glacier treks are synonymous in this area of gasping beauty. You will take an exciting mountain flight to Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla on the following day followed by trek up through the classic route to the Sagarmatha National Park running alongside the mighty Dudh Koshi River, with colorful landscapes, Gompas and monasteries in the land enclosed by the high peaks, we compose our way to the Everest Base Camp and marvel at the spectacle of Khumbu icefall cascading from the Western column. Our trek to the view point of Kalapatthar is followed by the tough Climb through Cho La which finally takes us to the cobalt-blue lakes at Gokyo. Following the classical route we drop down to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu leaving behind our foot prints in the shadows of the Everest.
