We do not charge cancellation fees of our own, only those the suppliers apply to your booking.

Each supplier has its own conditions and penalties for cancellations. Supplier's conditions are subject to change without previous notice' therefore we can only explain in a general way some of those penalties, as follows:

Airlines

All Airline Tickets are non-refundable. Changes will be permitted as long as the reservation has been canceled 48 hours prior to departure (see changes for more information).

Exceptions: Due to Death or Medical - If the airline rules permit to request a refund it is up to the airline to evaluate your case and process a Full and/or Partial refund in the event of a Death or Medical related reason. The airline will require proof such as a death certificate, military deploy letter and/or a medical certificate. Reservations must be cancelled prior to ticketed departure date in order to request a refund to airlines.Airline paper tickets must be mailed back to our office in order to process a refund in reference to the exceptions listed above. A "no show" is considered no notification to cancel or change prior to check in time. Noshow tickets do not have any value.

Hotels

Hotels have different cancellation penalties according to the dates of stay at hotel and others. For example, stricter cancellation penalties are imposed during high season dates such as peak winter, peak summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc., special events, etc.

Stunning Dubrovnik is aptly surnamed the `Pearl of the Adriatic;` it is one of the most beautiful cities on the Croatian coast. Many buildings in the old city center testify of its glorious past and its Venetian influence. The ancient walls of Dubrovnik girdle a perfectly preserved complex of public and private, sacred and secular buildings representing all periods of the city`s rich history, beginning with its founding in the 7th century. Nowadays, Dubrovnik is a tranquil touristic and cultural center hosting many musical, art and theater events year round.

2 nights in Hvar Island

Hvar is the biggest town of the island with the same name. Aside from the pleasant climate and the natural unspoilt beauty, the town also has many galleries, museums, and exhibitions. With its seven century-old walls and fortifications, Hvar is the site of the oldest municipal theatre in Europe, opened in 1612. Sports and recreational facilities are excellent ranging from beach yoga, water sports to hiking and tennis.

3 nights in Split

The picturesque Split is known as one of the centers of Croatian culture. The most important sight is Diocletian`s palace. Admire the Peristyle which is the main open space in the palace and is surrounded by a colonnade of six columns to the eastern and western sides and an arch. The city is always buzzing with activity and blends tradition and modern life extremely well. Restaurants, bars, shops and galleries thrive within the old walls and the Riva (seafront) has been recently updated!
