We will arrive in Lhasa around 7.30am and transfer to a local restaurant for breakfast before heading to our hotel for check-in. The rest of the day will be free to rest and relax as we acclimatise. Overnight: Gangjian Hotel or similar

Two days are scheduled in Lhasa to appreciate its rich cultural history. We include visits to the Jokhang, the Norbulingka (the Summer Palace of the Dalai Lama), and the famous Potala Palace.
