The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

- less than 12 months until 9 months before the start of the journey 10 % of the travel price
- less than 9 months until 6 months before the start of the journey 60% of the travel price
- less than 6 months before the start of the journey 100% of the travel price.

The first and last days mentioned in the itinerary are the arrival and departure days for tour start and end. Depending on the country you start in, you may have to leave a day early, subsequently, you will arrive one day later back home. This tour starts in Los Angeles and ends in Las Vegas (* If booking the California Extension also your departure airport is Los Angeles). Arrival time should be arranged before 3 pm on the arrival day. Book your flights accordingly! Route and overnight places may change due to unforeseen events.
