Tour Operator
Born from a desire to provide outstanding levels of service and customer satisfaction and a "can do" attitude, First Class Holidays recently celebrated its 20th anniversary.
Back in 1996, tired of a lacklustre attitude to customer service, founders Paul Ainsworth and Sharon Mason left their jobs with an established operator to set up First Class Holidays in a small office in Salford Quays. "Our goal was to give a level of service that just wasn't there back then. From the ordinary to the extraordinary, we had a philosophy of supplying what the customer demanded, with an emphasis on first class service" says MD Paul.
It's a principle that has paid dividends as our company has now won a range of awards, and Paul and Sharon are especially pleased to be 15 times winners of the Destination Canada Best Tour Operator award, voted for by UK Canada Travel Specialists.
