Dominated by the Mara River, groaning with crocs and hippos, this area is great for elephant, big herds buffalo, lion, cheetah as well as leopard in the many kopjes that make this landscape so distinctive. Head out in the cool of the early morning and take a walk along the riverine forest; have a cook-out breakfast en route. After lunch we'd suggest a short game drive out towards the hide, where you can hang out and watch the game undisturbed.
After breakfast in camp, take a game drive further out into the reserve, perhaps pausing for a picnic in one of our favourite spots. Head back to camp in the afternoon for a siest and a swim before a sundowner on the deck.

Nomad Tanzania is one of East Africa's original safari companies. For the past 20 years we’ve owned and operated our outstanding small safari camps in three of the remotest corners of Tanzania. Over the years we’ve built a reputation for quality that we're proud of.
Our founders were the pioneers in remote parts of the country that few people had heard of at the time, and fewer still had visited.
