Itinerary
Upon arrival and after a trip briefing, we visit the Medina of Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with mazes of shops and stalls of succulent food and exquisite handicrafts before our welcome dinner.
We drive via the High Atlas Mountains to reach Kasbah Telouet for our first look at a stunning Moroccan desert citadel. Here we start cycling through the picturesque Ounila Valley, passing through small Berber villages before arriving at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kasbah Ait Benhaddou.
Today we hop from the Valley of the Roses to the Dades Valley, mountain biking through the rugged foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. Along the way we’ll see traditional Berber cave dwellings.
Winding through the Dades Valley, we ride to the heart of Jbel Saghro Mountains with breath-taking panoramic views. Then swoop down for a night in N’kob, a lush Berber oasis town.
We cycle through the Draa Valley on a series of gravel roads, encountering vast stretches of date palm plantations, Berber villages, and scenic views of oases in the shadows of mountains.
Cycle from Agdz to Cascade Tisgui surrounded by the oases and Berber villages along the Draa River. Return to Marrakech via the spectacular Tizi-n-Tichka Pass.
Visit Bahia Palace and the exquisitely decorated Saadian Tombs of the Saadi Dynasty. Then through the maze of stalls of DJeema el-Fna, walk, eat, and shop before returning for a farewell dinner.

Tour Operator
SpiceRoads Cycling believes there's no better way to see the world than by bicycle. Because travel is about the journey and everything it encompasses, never just the destination. Experiencing the moment and place intensely, not chasing the next must-see sight. Discovering new things about the world, and yourself. Then returning home with experiences that remind you of what it means to be alive.
Since 1995 we've been sharing our passion for travelling by bicycle. Curating extraordinary cycle adventures in over 30 countries that give you the opportunity to get up close and personal with remarkable cultures, characters and landscapes in a way that no ordinary tour could.
We offer rides all over the world, on every type of terrain, for all ages and experience. From classic tours to epic cross-country voyages, SpiceRoads adventures are for anyone who believes what we always have…
That nothing good ever happened inside a comfort zone. That immersing yourself in different cultures teaches you things you would never learn in a textbook. That you get out of life precisely what you put in. And that travelling isn't just about seeing the world, it's about changing how you see it.
